Serves as the first point of contact for students and visitors to the Career and Academic Skills Center. Actively engages students to provide personalized, direct points of service. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree plus three years of full-time direct customer service experience required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience including part time considered. Must be able to work scheduled evenings and weekends. Part time temporary are 20 hours per week. Hiring process includes a background check. NOTE: College degrees obtained outside the U.S. accepted only when interpreted by transcript service members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
