POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Reporting Analyst assists the supply chain with data analysis and visualization needs, creating custom data workflows, building interactive dashboards, and developing bespoke applications for solving practical problems. Provides analytical support to the entire supply chain to drive optimization within supply and demand planning, inventory management, transportation, and distribution networks. The role is responsible for building descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models to drive impact considering the end-to-end supply chain in addition to traditional reporting and ad-hoc analysis. This individual is expected to lead complex analysis, clearly summarize findings, and present recommendations to business partners and leadership. The analyst will work directly with Supply Chain leadership to provide business analysis and reporting needs. The primary function of this role will be to build data products, with a focus on SQL queries and report building. A key role of the Analyst is understanding the business need behind a report request and ensuring the report and data provided supports the requirement.

- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models to meet analytical objectives for supply Chain.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support key supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of new reporting requirements and KPIs.
- Document technical specifications, data models, process flows, requirements, and solutions.
- Work with data architects and engineers to define report performance.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical team members on design and development of solutions.
- Understand business processes, underlying Oracle EBS data and reporting needs.
- Conduct data analysis in support of ETL development and other activities.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Train on the use of new reports and creates appropriate documentation.
- Work to support data literacy on the Supply Chain team providing training where necessary.
- Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings and completing assignments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Business or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of business, planning or other related field, with 2 years of experience in data and analytics; 1-2 years of Lozier experience preferred.
