POSITION SUMMARY


Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will be solution owner for Manufacturing, Demand planning, Supply Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing and Logistics. You will partner with our IT leadership to lead our Supply Chain technology strategy, vision, roadmap, business value realization, prioritization of programs, technology lifecycle. In addition, you will support the effective utilization of our Supply Chain toolsets as well as championing end user adoption. You will partner with the Business Process Owners to understand priorities to ensure the technology is supporting the daily operations and delivering capabilities that meet important goals and values. You oversee the portfolio roadmap, and lead the technology strategy for Supply Chain though recommendations on both current and new toolsets.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Work with Supply Chain leadership and business process owners to establish and provide portfolio technology strategy, vision roadmap, portfolio health and value realization.
  • Manage the application rationalization and lifecycle management to align overall company strategies.
  • Serve as a change leader, collaborating with business and IT teams to design/refine standardized communication, training, and process change plans to be customized based on each facility’s needs.
  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of all Supply Chain applications and champion effective utilization of these tools.
  • Be a strategic partner that aligns IT services with business capability requirements
  • Provide overall though leadership on emerging technology trends and make recommendations where they will provide value to our organization.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide Supply Chain business process owners strong customer services when it comes to meeting technical solution needs.
  • Work with, and sometimes manage, external partners (software providers, consultants) to ensure best practices and most up to date system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
 

Education:  Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, computer science, information systems or a related field

 

Experience

  • 10+ years of leading people, process and technology
  • Prior supply chain experience required and preferably within manufacturing space
  • Experience with Oracle EBS and similar applications and technologies
  • Experience developing a team to accomplish personal and professional growth
  • Experience in Agile work methodology and ability to work with partner
  • Experience using systems and process changes to achieve increased forecast accuracy, customer fill rates, reduced inventory, on time delivery, and cost optimization.
  • Significant experience leading successful teams and projects (team development, planning, critical thinking, team-based problem solving)

 

 

Required Skills:

  • Strategic thinker able to get to the heart of issues rapidly and accurately without overly relying on massive amounts of information.
  • Familiarity with advanced planning, scheduling and forecasting technology and prior experience with digital transformation impacting this domain
  • Clear ability to respectfully and collaboratively challenge people and processes
  • Passionate, high-energy change agent with experience in driving supply chain improvement in complex, matrix organizations.
  • Track record of delivering results in both a single unit and across the entire organization.
