Perform basic clerical/HR functions at project site, which include filing, copying, data entry, and staff transfers
Perform signing in new hires, terminations, certified payroll entry, and paycheck distribution
Assist in Accounts Payable processes for vendors and subcontractors
Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities and resources and arranging offsite meetings as requested.
Operate general office equipment, such as copier, scanner, calculator, phone, and computers
Greet scheduled visitors and direct them to appropriate area or person.
Maintain contact lists and calendars in Outlook.
Assist managers with planning and scheduling of activities.
Display first-rate customer service skills maintains a positive attitude and always willing to offer a helping hand to other team members.
Maintain a highly organized work environment, understand the importance of time management, and communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner.
Uphold employee confidence and protecting sensitive data.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Accounts payable experience required; SAP experience preferred. Effective communication (both oral and written), organization and interpersonal skills. Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.

Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management while simultaneously manage a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively; regularly sit, stand, walk and talk and listen; occasionally lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1-2 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
