Provides clerical support to department leader(s)
Maintains departmental staff as well as craft databases in relation to certifications, training and work eligibility.
Prepares reports, collects and analyzes information as needed.
Prepares responses for routine memos, letters or correspondence.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.
High school degree and/or equivalent combination of training and experience in typing/business courses. Advanced Business or related studies is desirable.
At least five years of support of departmental or business leadership.
Advanced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point and external user sites.
Experience in a construction field office or similar environment is highly desirable.
Fast-paced construction district office environment; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff while simultaneously manage a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively; regularly sit, stand, walk and talk and listen; occasionally lift and move up objects up to 30 pounds.
