This is a full time, year round postion. This person is responsible for operating a developmentally appropriate early childhood education classroom in cooperation with ECE Associates and Lead Associates. They assist in the development and implementation of learning experiences for individual and groups of children within a specified age range, ensuring children's portfolios and other standards are up to date through daily communication and conferences.

- Associate's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood or related field
- Childcare experience required
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- Knowledge of NAEYC Standards
- Knowledge of IQ4K Standards
- Knowledge of Iowa Early Learning Standards
Requires prolonged standing, sitting, bending stooping and stretching. May require lifting up to 60 pounds. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to use hands to operate a computer keyboard, telephone and other basic office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear while using the phone. Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, organizational skills, reasoning/analysis, and a high degree of interpersonal and communication skills are required.
