The Assistant Coach will assist the Director of Wrestling with coordination of all phases of a competitive NJCAA Division I Women's Wrestling program. Including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, budget management, travel management, rules and eligibility compliance, administrative duties, departmental fundraising, competition management, academic advising, marketing, promotions and public relations.

Required Qualification

Minimum of 2 years coaching and/or competing in the respective sport.
Ability to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualification

Minimum of 3 years coaching and/or competing in the respective sport at the college level.

Physical Demands
