Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Senior Healthcare Strategist, well count on you to:
- Lead all aspects of healthcare planning efforts with our clients. This includes, but is not limited to creating strategic plans, master facility plans, functional and space programs, and identifying areas of opportunity for process improvement. 

- Act as a senior advisor to clients during engagements and lead internal teams ensuring consistent and professional outcomes.

- Use your experience in healthcare delivery, strategic planning, operational improvement, and building design to inform and guide client engagements.

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 
10+ years' experience in healthcare management, nursing, pharmacy, allied health or related experience
Experience with planning, strategy, process improvement, design and construction of healthcare projects
Able to maintain multiple simultaneous projects, working alone or in a team setting

Proven group facilitation, writing and professional communication skills

Ability to interact professionally with healthcare clients and design team members
Excellent computer skills required
Ability to travel up to 50% and obtain passport
Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
A positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

 

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

Experience in international healthcare consulting, operations, and/or planning

Advanced credentially (e.g. ACHE, etc)
