General Purpose of Job
This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. S/he will provide a full range of administrative support for AVP officer(s) or below level management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Arranges and coordinates assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management travel including preparing itineraries.
Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.
Enters assigned AVP officer(s) or below level managements expenses reports into appropriate systems.
For roles Corporate Administrative Assistant roles located in Radnor only: Provides coverage for corporate reception during lunch or paid time off (PTO) as needed.
Greets and directs AVP officer(s) or below level management visitors and act as primary resource for internal and external contacts, facilitating a professional image of LFG.
Makes routine & non-routine decisions under close supervision, applying limited discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures/guidelines
Manages AVP officer(s) or below level managements calendar and schedule meetings, conferences and appointments.
Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
Orders supplies and coordinates routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed.
Organizes and maintains assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management correspondence and records, following up on pending matters as needed.
Performs task by applying core knowledge obtained from the role and acquires increasingly more knowledge to apply in the role.
Plans and coordinates special events as needed.
Prepares correspondence, memorandum, documents, presentations, and reports for assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management review and approval.
Processes invoices for prompt payment as needed.
Proofreads documents, presentation and reports for grammatical and typographical errors.
Receives and screens telephone calls, letters and/or visitors for the assigned AVP officer(s) or below level management) including, answering routine questions, obtains and furnishes information to save AVP officer(s) or below level management's time.
Sorts, reviews, and distributes assigned AVP officer(s) or below level managements mail.
Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Works overtime as needed.
Additional Position Responsibilities
Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.

High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience. - Minimum Required
0 - 1+ Years clerical and/or administrative support experience that directly aligns with thespecific responsibilities for this position. (Required )
