The Role


The VersionOne Administrator will administer and manage Lincoln’s Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool including, but not limited to, on-boarding new users, setting-up custom features, configuring and customizing reports and managing the user interface.  He/She will work closely with the Release Management, Development, QA, and Project Management teams to help define solutions to drive the execution of our Agile software delivery life cycle (SDLC).



  • Responsible for the administration and support of sand box and production environment, testing new versions, documenting new features, and communicating changes to the organization
  • Triage and troubleshoot support issues submitted by end users in a timely manner utilizing excellent customer service skills
  • Work with VersionOne to enable custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports
  • Create and manage complex VersionOne components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes in VersionOne  
  • Responsible for application support including issue resolution (single sign-on, project role access, data & metrics)
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to maximize tool usage
  • Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions
  • Leverage VersionOne Analytics component to create dashboards and ad-hoc reports
  • Produce and distribute the VersionOne KPI Dashboard on a monthly basis
  • Foster growth and development of Agile metrics through engagement with Agile teams, Community of Practices, Agile coaches and appropriate leaders




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred




  • 2+ years of experience as a VersionOne or ALM administrator (Jira/Rally)
  • Experience configuring VersionOne workflows for an agile environment
  • Experience writing API data queries to access raw data from the VersionOne tool
  • 2+ years Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience with a strong desire to grow within the Agile space
  • Strong analytical/critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to various audiences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic with good time management and the ability to work with diverse teams
