The Role


This position will consult and deliver on more complex assignments/projects for the planners s/he supports. S/he will also act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders. S/he will prepare, analyze and report more complex financial information in regards to current new products, etc. and provide planners with a more complex financial perspective for his/her practice with consideration of metrics such as sales, cash flow, paid business, etc.



  • Conducts meetings and trainings with advisors and their staff on current and upcoming AdviceNext deliverables and strategies.
  • Drives advisor AdviceNext adoptions and utilization of platform solutions through LFN tools, practices, and technology within his or her assigned region.
  • Identifies issues/concerns and recommends mitigation solution(s) to planners for AdviceNext in order to meet client expectations.
  • Maintains AdviceNext platform adoption business plans and partners with Field Leadership on the optimization ofplatform tools and business practices for planners.
  • Proactively shares information and knowledge with advisors and staff to yield positive results from AdviceNext tools and technologies.
  • Provides management with complete analysis on the planner practices business metrics such as sales, cash flow, paid business, etc. and makes recommendations on ways to continuously improve upon those metrics for the planners practice.


Education & Experience

  • 3 - 5+ Years Experience in Financial Services that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. (Required)
  • 4 Year/Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)in (Minimum Required)


Travel Information

  • Travel Type : National Domestic
  • Travel Amount : up to 50%
