The Role


This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments and projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. S/he is responsible for supporting training and development needs of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. Also responsible for developing basic training materials, visual aids, and self-paced e-learning training modules.





  • Authors and implements basic computer-based learning modules using appropriate system design and technology.
  • Develops and implements basic learning solutions based on needs assessment results, and training manager direction, to meet department training objectives.
  • Develops and maintains basic training material, manuals and visual aids by leveraging and applying knowledge.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy in content, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging e-learning training developments/trends for assigned area(s) or responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Provides basic metrics on assigned area(s) training programs effectiveness and usage.
  • Represents the interests of assigned area/team on basic projects as assigned by management on projects including technical, procedural and IT related.


Education & Experience


  • 0 - 1+ Years’ experience in training that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional eLearning design.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s)
  • 1-2 years’ experience using Articulate Story Line in a business environment
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Vyond (Go Animate) in a business environment
  • 1-2 years’ experience with PowToon in a business environment
  • Administrative experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) a plus
