The Role


This Specialist, Finance Shared Service Management  position is responsible for supporting the Service Management team in establishing and implementing the Service Management governance model for the Finance Shared Services organization. S/he will support the development of the framework and governance standards and help create and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In addition, s/he will provide support on the maintenance, standardization and consistency on management and service delivery, and process improvement initiatives.



  • Collaborates with necessary stakeholders to develop and/or maintain routine Service Catalogs for Shared Services teams.
  • Supports the development of governance standards and processes interaction model between shared services organization and business units while developing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Supports the development of measurement mechanisms to ensure that Service Level Agreements are delivered to meet established expectations.
  • Supports the development, monitoring, and reporting of SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs through the utilization of Teamwork Projects or other forms of data collection/ interaction for tracking.
  • Supports the establishment of the demand management and continuous improvement program for Shared Services.  This is a unique opportunity to help with a major transformation initiative!


Education & Experience

  • 1 - 3+ Years experience in Finance, management consulting, analytics, process improvement or related fields. (Required)
  • 4 Year/Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)in (Minimum Required)
  • Travel : national and 15%  Open to applicants with various backgrounds and transferable skills.  #LI-AY1
