GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

This position will perform and deliver on routine Business Analysis assignments and projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. S/he will define and validate basic business solutions that meet the needs, goals and objectives for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Collaborates with key internal and/or external stakeholders to elicit basic business issues and capture business needs for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents and validates basic business requirements.
  • Develops basic business requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Performs routine research and analysis to support business operations.
  • Develops an understanding of best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
  • Supports team members and/or management in developing basic recommendations to solve problem and issues related to business operations.
  • Facilitates change to the organization through the basic analysis, design and implementation of the business processes that achieve business objectives.
  • May provide testing support as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Information Technology (Minimum Required)
  • 0 - 1+ Years experience in business analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel Type: National Domestic
  • Travel Amount: up to 25%
