The Role


As the Field Operations Administrator, you will function as a regional resource for several field offices in our advisor based business. You will provide technical support, customer support and administrative support for the Division.  This role reports to the Business Operations Manager and is responsible for support in the areas of compliance and operations, and requires teamwork across the region.  The division of responsibilities will depend on the specific RPO supported.




Customer Service/Transition Support

  • New Advisors / Transition Support:  Help, assist, orient and manage new advisor transition for the RPO using national, regional and local resources to smoothly transition a new hire.  Facilitate training and/or train on national and regional processes, systems, compliance, operations responsibilities/procedures and platforms.  Ensure that advisors are being introduced to key areas within Lincoln. 
  • Existing Clients / Relationships:  Maintain relationships with leadership, brokers, advisors, and prospects internally and externally, providing sales support including contracting, licensing, paperwork, and other resources as needed.  Ensure existing clientele are being trained and updated with new/current technologies.  Administer training sessions and send communications to update monthly compliance and operations responsibilities.


Administrative/Office Support

  • Front Desk Support: Provide exceptional customer service at front desk.  Maintenance of office and kitchen supply inventory as needed.  Receive and review incoming mail, as well as prepare   outgoing mail and overnight packages.  Schedule and co-ordinate office facility repairs and maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee and coordinate administrative support ensuring a predictable and smooth environment.  Assist in various projects as needed and monitor progress through completion.  Assist with compliance tasks that may include weekly trade blotters, incoming check log, sales authorization, and our electronic imaging system. Assist with RPO administrative tasks which could include maintaining office and divisional directories, assisting with local event planning and coordination.  Provide backup to other core positions as needed.



  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree with concentration in business or finance preferred



  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services industry preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Strong administrative, technical, and customer facing skills desired
