The Role

 

 

This role will serve as a customer-facing liaison, to develop & implement enrollment solutions in collaboration with LFG clients for benefits products. S/he will work as an independent resource to LFG clients, utilizing creativity, ingenuity & analytical skills to develop enrollment initiatives. Additionally, this role will work with external enrollment firms to develop educational/enrollment solutions to meet the needs of the client & its workforce.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary customer contact managing all communication & timelines with customers during the onboarding process
  • After the client selects enrollment solutions, develops & coordinates, in collaboration with LFGs internal marketing department, all LFG pre-enrollment marketing & communication materials
  • Analyzes information on the client, client industry & products purchased to understand the educational/enrollment solutions to meet clients needs
  • Collaborates with client to retain third-party enrollment services firm including recommendation of vendor to develop & implement educational/enrollment solutions
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure effective development of sales offerings
  • Consults with client & enrollment services firm to build/revise enrollment method to streamline processes, reduce costs & optimize employee utilization of benefits
  • Directs entire enrollment process working with third party enrollment firm & internal partners, on clients behalf to meet client needs
  • Establishes & develops relationships with client to collaborate on educational & enrollment solutions for the client workforce
  • Evaluates enrollment request for large (1000+) groups to provide guidance & develops solutions to communicate & educate clients employees on benefits & enrollment process
  • Facilitates discussion with management & key stakeholders on risks & financial implications of enrollments & enrollment firm performance
  • Leads brokers, enrollment firms & group administrators, on behalf of the client, thru the sold case process and obtains & validates information to be submitted to internal partners for processing
  • Manages relationship with third-party enrollment services firm, on clients behalf to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs
  • Manages the installation process on the clients behalf while directing internal resources & setting customer expectations
  • Partners with third-party enrollment services firms to develop & implement educational/enrollment solutions for the clients
  • Post enrollment, delivers output to customers & seamlessly transitions customers to LFGs service model
  • Provides subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders to support LFGs product portfolio while adhering to enrollment timeline
  • Recommends & implements enrollment process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness based on assessment of the enrollment solution

 

Education & Experience

  • 5 - 7+ Years Enrollment experience (Required)
  • 4 Year/Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) (Minimum Required)
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
  • Drives performance targets to completion
