This role is responsible for the project management and production of the Funds Management department’s senior executive - level presentations containing strategic messages for both internal and external stakeholders. The presentations are designed to facilitate the communication of the Funds Management department strategies, investment reviews, recommendations, outlook, planning and other matters.  These presentations are for internal and external audiences, including senior executives, board-level committees, investors, rating agencies, and regulators.



  • Develops, identifies, writes and edits a broad range of executive-level communications and presentations for internal  and external audiences (e.g., senior executives, investment and board-level committees)
  • Engages and consults with senior management and internal stakeholders to develop key content messaging, themes, style/tone, and graphic solutions for strategic communications
  • Executes the full production cycle of developing investment presentations including storyboarding the message, drafting and designing the presentation, creating PowerPoint documents, reviewing with presenters, and publishing the final product
  • Researches and analyzes investment information to enhance communications
  • Creates presentations that communicate complex investment topics in a concise manner for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) or responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions



  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience



  • 1-3 years of experience in Investments, Mutual Fund Product Managment or Corporate Finance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Proficiency and demonstrated experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Adobe Pro.
  • Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of mutual fund product management, equity markets and/or alternative investments
  • Demonstrates strong relationship management skills with internal partners; proven ability to develop collaborative approaches
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify and recommend process improvements
