The Role

This position will perform and deliver on routine Business System Analysis assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. S/he will also collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate information technology solutions that meet the needs, goals and objectives for enrollment technology.


  • Build, test, & validate case builds on our internal enrollment platform, BXML
  • Quality test & validate all cases end to end that are built on 3rd party electronic enrollment platforms
  • Build out custom EOI links on our internal enrollment platform
  • Collaborates and coordinates with appropriate internal stakeholders to assess and deliver proposed technical solutions which meet business requirements and/or which integrates process, business rules and business data with technology.
  • Collaborates effectively with appropriate stakeholders on issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk of assigned projects.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to determine technical specifications from business requirements by leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Determines best IT practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
  • Determines the most appropriate technical response to identified problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
  • Develops technical solution requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Escalates issues/conflicts to management as needed.
  • May develop test plans and perform testing as needed.
  • May update tables as needed.
  • Provides an understanding the business usage of information technology (IT) and helping technology add value to the business.
  • Provides technical research and analysis to support business operations needs and presents findings to management or project leader.
  • Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents and validates technical requirements.

Education & Experience

  • 1 - 3+ Years experience in business systems analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position(Required)
  • 4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) in (Minimum Required)

  • Travel Amount : < 20%
