As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from a variety of customers in a dynamic self-service and assisted service environment. You will demonstrate independence and ownership by instilling confidence and inspiring optimism in our callers through clear, professional communication and timely issue resolution.
The permanenthours of this position are Monday through Friday, 11:15 a.m. 8:00 p.m. The training hours will be 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. for the first 610 weeks.
