As a Claims Examiner II, Absence claims, you will be responsible for processing claims without interruption or delay in decision time. You will provide a diverse range of information to team members and internal stakeholders on US Federal and State Leave of Absence laws.
High school or GED
1 - 3 + years of absence management claims experience including familiarity with US Federal and State Leave of Absence Laws
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
Drives performance targets to completion
