Associate Client Relationship Manager - Midmarket

As an associate client relationship manager at Gallup, you?ll be responsible for managing the client experience. Leading a variety of workplace-focused projects, you?ll act as the liaison between clients and our internal business teams. In your role, you?ll be responsible for facilitating ongoing client team status meetings, onboarding and educating our clients on Gallup products and consulting solutions, ensuring client engagement, answering product questions and helping resolve any customer challenges. Serving as one of the primary points of contact, you?ll be on the lookout for new consulting opportunities and helping to create the best customer experience for our clients.

What you need:

  • Bachelor?s degree
  • Track record of outstanding performance in education, activities and previous work experiences
  • Experience with customer support and/or leadership involvement in school, internship or professional work preferred
  • Service-based sales experience where you were able to identify growth opportunities a plus
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
