What you will do:

BE A SALES LEADER.As a higher education sales consultant, you will drive the sales of Gallup's higher education consulting services and products -- primarilyCliftonStrengths for Students, a program that helps students discover, develop and apply their natural talents to succeed in and out of the classroom. Working in your regional sales territory, you will manage current contracts, follow through with sourced leads to find prospects and develop new business opportunities in higher education institutions.

In this role, you aren't just closing deals -- you're changing lives. Using your business acumen and higher education background, you'll help schools weave strengths-based development into every corner of their campuses. Collaborating with some of the brightest and most engaged coworkers, your impact will help empower students to succeed academically, personally and professionally.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus
  • Two to three years of sales experience and working with leaders in higher education required
  • Proven individual track record of successful sales, from lead generation to close, required
  • Experience with sales presentations or teaching professional development preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
