It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Summary of the Job:

 

The Client Relations Associate will work to support the marketing and client service team within Tributary Capital Management including assistance with the mutual fund administration duties of the firm. Duties include report generation, preparation of marketing materials and RFP responses, coordination of board materials and assistance with client routine and ad-hoc requests. Provide administrative support as needed for the team.

About This Role:

 

Key Accountabilities:

Client Support - Provide an exceptional client experience for both internal and external clients

  • Maintain a high level of customer service for all internal and external clients.
  • Be proactive and leverage the value of all relationships - exercise a willingness to be a resource to colleagues.
  • Work to ensure adherence to service level agreements with key clients.
  • Put together presentation books and reporting for clients.

Marketing Support - Work closely with the Director of Sales and Client Service to assist in implementation of the marketing strategy.

  • Update databases with current information on the Tributary Strategies.
  • Maintain current marketing support materials.
  • Prepare RFP responses.

Mutual Fund Administration - Work closely with the Director of Sales and Client Service to learn about the Tributary Funds.   

  • Serve as a point of contact for fund customer requests.
  • Monthly and Quarterly Reporting on Assets, Sales and Regulatory Requirements.
  • Monthly calculation of payments to Dealers.
  • Coordination of Board Materials.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Related Field
  • 1 year of experience in the investment or financial services industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong client service background and skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance issues pertaining to brokerage and investment management industry
  • 3 - 4 years' experience in investment or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft InDesign
