About this Role:
Provide general legal advice to employees and management representatives with respect to unsecured consumer lending, home improvement lending, and buy now pay later lending products. Ability to learn the assigned business unit's business/industry, policies and procedures is required. Knowledge of regulatory implications of consumer lending is a plus, and contract law is preferred but not required. Work with other members of the Legal, Risk & Compliance division to ensure that information, knowledge and experience is shared for the benefit of the organization as a whole. A successful candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex legal principles into practical and effective business solutions.
