Data Governance is an emerging area of importance at the bank, and is a key contributor in ensuring the bank manages data as an asset. The role will help developing data governance standards and data practices in collaboration with key stakeholders across the enterprise.

The role will help facilitate Data Governance Council meetings, and work on key data privacy objectives of the bank, including developing into the subject matter expert on data privacy.

Assist in developing and executing a data classification program at the bank including developing, managing, and executing the data classification program.

Assist the function in being creative and collaborative in developing standards for emerging areas such as cloud.

Be willing to learn and utilize the best-in-class data management and governance platform (Informatica) for Data Governance objectives.
