Seeking a team oriented, positive, and outgoing professional to join our Mortgage Servicing Team at FNBO!

The Mortgage Servicing Senior Specialist role offers an opportunity to work directly with borrowers while also working with a team of collaborative professionals who like to have a good time and get a lot of production work done in the process! Our team is incredibly nimble and adaptable, so we take care of each other and everyone employs a daily improvement mindset. We meet virtually on a daily basis so we can connect on changing circumstances, celebrate what went well and talk about what we can do better. We welcome innovation from every member of the team and actively work on new initiatives that are surfaced by them.

Our team provides support by phone and email because of our ability to make mortgages less mystifying for borrowers who need help on complex mortgage questions. Applicants that speak 'mortgage' are preferred!

Applicants must have the ability to work onsite at the FNBO Tower. This role will start onsite, but will transition to a role that will primarily work remote.

Key Responsibilities of our Mortgage Servicing Senior Specialists:

  • Provide direct Mortgage Loan Servicing Support that is easy, helpful and personal for FNBO's borrowers and internal partners via phone and email.
  • Exhibit focus and an attention to detail when performing production work or talking to borrowers since we have a direct impact on our borrower's most important investment every day.
  • Employ critical thinking for creative solutions and to surface opportunities
  • Ability to independently drive work to completion in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership for assigned work with the ability to work in partnership with others to accomplish goals
  • Clear communicator
  • High ability to retain learnings with an eagerness to learn more facets of Mortgage Servicing and to continuously improve and grow

Job Qualifications:

1.High School Diploma or GED

2.Prior banking operations and/or mortgage experience is a plus
