The RPA Developer is the subject matter expert and has a key role in supporting the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role functions as the SME for the Blue Prism application, partnering with the Business Units to ensure automations meet their needs and stay current with business operations, policies, and processes. The Senior Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day activities including development, process analysis/discovery and production support. On an on-going basis, this position provides input to the evolution of the RPA program to meet the Company's evolving business needs.

RPA Development

  • Develop solutions for improving quality, delivery, efficiency, and customer and employee experience for business partners using the RPA application.
  • Responsible for the performance, reliability, and maintenance of RPA automations.
  • Resolve expert production issues in a timely and accurate way and engages IT and the vendor as necessary.
  • Participate in the Change Management process for moving new/modified use cases to production.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of RPA and related applications through training and experience.
  • Work closely with Program owner and business units regarding enhancements and changes.
  • Contribute to Automation portfolio and weekly discussions for updates, requests for support, and instilling best practices into our automations.
  • Coordinate and perform release testing.

Business Analysis

  • Seek opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes and systems.
  • Lead lightweight requirements analysis with stakeholders ensuring that requirements are effective for automation development.
  • Gather metrics and other documentation to support analysis and findings.
  • Perform testing of process and system changes and coordinate end user testing.

Business Relationship Management

  • Possess knowledge, skills and behaviors that foster a productive relationship with business partners.
  • Communicate effectively with business units to identify needs and build solutions.
  • Enhance business partner's knowledge and understanding of RPA.
  • Identify, develop, and recommend training opportunities that meet and support end user needs.
  • Train the business partner on their automations, reporting, and exception resolution.
  • Manage business unit's expectations effectively.

Project: Aim to increase the likelihood that automations deliver the intended results and outcomes.

  • Lead small, mid, and large automation projects
  • Develop, monitor, and report on detailed project plans including scope, tasks, timelines, dependencies, and project budgets.
  • Acquire, lead, and inspire project resources to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project activities, anticipates resolve, or escalate risks and issues.
  • Contribute to project team meetings and assists team members in critical decision making and planning; assist in execution, control and closure of projects; meet regularly with project manager(s).

Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to design new automations, modify, enhance or adapt existing automations and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to implement, configure and test feasible solutions.
  • Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder's needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen and actively contribute to discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
  • Effective planning, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Macros, RPA (Blue Prism), Machine Learning, or AI
  • Experience with database queries

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $68,471.00-$109,767.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Omaha - FN Tower

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
