As part of the FNBO Enterprise Marketing Planning & Strategy team, you will be a key part of a team specializing in the design of personalized customer experiences through automation and multichannel marketing strategies to drive bank growth and customer success. We are looking for a strong leader who can successfully develop and execute new marketing initiatives.
The Senior Project Manager, Marketing Automation leads the work of the team in a hybrid team/squad environment. This individual prioritizes, plans, and executes new marketing initiatives with a focus on operating in a highly digital, data-driven environment. This individual is responsible for ensuring the success of each effort through effective planning, tracking of tasks and deliverables, and ensuring transparent communication and reporting. The role is a combination of project and relationship management and requires an individual to have an in-depth understanding of marketing, technology, customer care, and operations.

Prioritize, plan, and execute new marketing initiatives as well as new digital marketing capabilities and supporting processes that enable new ways of acquiring and engaging customers.
Work with the team to identify KPIs and measure results - continually optimizing and scaling wins to drive incremental value.
Define optimal ways of working and resources needed; support the team/squad in its migration to an Agile framework.
Facilitate and coordinate the team's processes including intake, prioritization and planning.
Lead "ceremonies" and reviews.
Reduce friction, identify and clear obstacles, and shield the team from distractions.
Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all efforts, staying in front of all privacy and customer data regulations.
Ensure efforts align with our Operating Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Values, strategic priorities, and business unit goals and objectives.
Lead or assist with other marketing-driven projects, as assigned.
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of related experience
Strong understanding of digital technology stacks and the ability to lead tech/data initiatives
Understanding of financial and/or general business principles
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to expand knowledge and learn new skills or technologies
Self-motivated, collaborative, organized, able to work independently
Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple, cross-functional projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint applications
Additional Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of related experience, or master's degree in a related field
Experience with CRM & marketing automation (preferably Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Datorama)
This role is Hybrid Remote with some time expected in the Omaha office each week. Hybrid On-site or Remote may be considered based on qualifications.
