As an Associate II, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) you will be integral in ensuring First National Bank of Omaha's (FNBO) compliance with the CRA. You will master the CRA small business and small farm loan data reporting requirements and provide recommendations to improve data accuracy. In this role, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes for small business and small farm loan data collection.

On any given day you may:

  • Import data from commercial loan systems to the bank's data management system.
  • Research and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy of reported data elements.
  • Collaborate directly with business unit stakeholders by providing reporting, training, and guidance related to small business and small farm data accuracy.
  • Report data integrity testing results to business unit stakeholders and conduct additional targeted testing to streamline data integrity accuracy processes and procedures.
  • Create and analyze reports of home mortgage, small business, and small farm lending performance for CRA.
  • Review and document CRA community development loans.
  • Attend a CRA training, workshop, or industry roundtable.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in banking, business, data analytics or related field or 1-2 years of closely related experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous loan processing, loan closing, or loan operations systems experience.
  • Proficiency with Foundation, FirstWork, and TBS
  • Experience with the CenTrax data software
  • Experience with SAS and SQL
