Perform basic office support functions, including filing, mail distribution, letter generation, monitoring and ordering office supplies, fax machine and copier operation, report generation and other miscellaneous assigned duties. Interact with and provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Support: Provide clerical office support to Commercial Card Credit, ensuring timely processing of documentation and workflow efficiency.
· Accurately prepare and send all outgoing correspondence in a timely fashion
· Accurately Index, upload and route all customer correspondence and credit file documentation to the proper queues and locations
· Prepare various daily and monthly reports

2. Cross Functional Working Relationships: Work collaboratively with peers and management from other business units to ensure customer expectations are met.
· Maintain a high level of internal and external customer service when working on a cross-function basis with retail branch personal and other business units.

3. Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
· Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required.
· Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations.
· Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

4. Professionalism/Attendance: Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Prompt and reliable attendance
4. Ability to multi-task while adhering to deadlines
5. Good telephone and email etiquette
Additional Qualifications:
1. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
2. Preferably a working knowledge of ACAPS, TBS, First Impressions, First Work, and e-Gain.
