Lead Specialist, Deposit Operations FX Wires

Effectively and professionally provide support to our corporate customers in administering foreign currency wires via First National Bank's online platform. Position requires an individual who can multi-task and has the urgency factor in meeting department deadlines. Reliable attendance, flexibility with scheduling, and attention to detail is a necessity.
Process wire transactions for International FX payments requests utilizing the Wallstreet application for FNNI Consumers
Support the FX Transaction initiation systems configuration and testing
Support FX Payment Investigation and Issue Resolution
Conduct analysis and issue resolution with regard to operational production issues across multiple departments and business units of FNNI and FNBO.
Work with CTS Product team and Front Office team to test and deliver enhancements or new products.
Understand and Comply with Domestic and International Regulations for FX Payments
Collaborate with section manager and team to create all facets of the priority grid methodology
Work with section manager to develop, organize, and report quality/quantity metrics for all FX Payments.
Work with all managers to create desktop checklists to be used by employees and management to ensure no processes or deadlines are missed.
Continuously review all impacted FX area's RSA's with Business Analysts to ensure all risks are identified and kept current.
Work with product development to test and deliver new or enhancements to Wallstreet platform, MTS platform, or other products that involve international payments.
Provide accurate and detailed information using positive communications to employees to ensure procedures, processes and schedules are clearly documented and understood.
Prepare for and attend meetings pertaining to department functions as a subject matter expert. Provide feedback and ideas to effectively implement changes in policy, procedure and process to team members or business partners across divisions.
Understand and comply with the Bank's BSA/AML Program
