Job Description:
The Senior Associate of Rewards Management is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our third-party rewards provider across Consumer, Small Business, and Commercial Card products
In addition, the role is expected to continuously evaluate the performance of our rewards provider in delivering the intended customer experience and identifying opportunities to expand/upgrade the customer experience.
Key Job Functions:
Managing third party rewards provider - including day-to-day performance, customer experience, SLA's, invoice reconciliation and future enhancements
Consulting and sourcing of new reward capabilities to support growth/efficiency initiatives - including customer experience and marketing
Managing the rewards digital experience enhancements
Monitoring of rewards competitive landscape
Managing the rewards catalog and pricing including gift cards, merchandise, cashback, travel, and partner specific redemptions
Build strong working relationships with the following teams
Consumer Banking teams - Partnership, Customer Marketing, Decision Sciences, CDM, and Marketing Operations
Other Teams - Finance, FNIT, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Risk, Third Parties





Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in project management, operations, or product management required
Additional Qualifications:
Vendor management experience preferred
Prior experience in marketing or customer loyalty preferred
