The Director, Program Management, is a key part of the Digital Program Team within Technology whose primary responsibility is to support three delivery teams in the planning and execution of strategic Digital (Web and Mobile) priorities for the enterprise. In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Program and Delivery teams to identify and remove escalated roadblocks and impediments, and facilitate the evaluation and mitigation of risks. You will focus on managing dependencies between delivery teams and programs through the delivery system, and work closely with other program teams to plan each release cycle. You will also work closely with the product owner, business stakeholders and technology leaders to prioritize incoming ideas and help the Digital Program team to manage a backlog of Epics and Features while having oversight into the progress of work through the sprints and releases. You will also have a good understanding of the metrics and trends of the Program and related Delivery teams to improve planning, processes and practices of the delivery system.

The ideal candidate has a customer-focused personality and hands-on experience managing projects and programs within an Agile environment. They are a superstar with time and stakeholder management, and can multi-task and manage multiple, complex, projects with the greatest of ease!

Agile fluency: You are at least a CSM or PMI-ACP. You are sensitive to the conditions that create success, can spot when teams diverge, and know how to bring them back on course.

Leadership qualities: You'll be expected to establish credibility and rapport up and across, as well as with technical and non-technical colleagues. You'll lean on your facilitation, negotiation, and persuasion skills to bring others along with you.
A natural communicator: You will be eager to share your team's work and increase its visibility, over-communicate risks and dependencies, and both give and accept constructive feedback.
Technical aptitude: You are at ease discussing technical concepts and have a strong digital background.
Strategic to the Tactical: You can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute those plans

Adaptable: You have the ability to respond to both anticipated and unanticipated changes

Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
Deep understanding of what it takes to ship software iteratively
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated collaborative nature that others enjoy working with due to a positive attitude and ability to partner
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple teams and capabilities
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of program management experience leading Agile teams
