Overview: Process daily required disclosures for mortgage applications submitted into operations and build a complete and accurate closing package to be delivered to the customer for signatures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide quality customer service by delivering prompt and accurate information 2. Understand and comply with the banks BSA/AML Program 3. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships 4. Demonstrate organizational advocacy through attributes, positive teamwork, trust and mutual respect for customers and employees

Job Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED Previous customer facing experience Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and telephone Ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated effective time management skills Previous working experience in role/functions requiring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet or exceed deadlines Desired: Previous experience in Mortgage/Consumer lending Previous experience in Operations Problem solving skills Ability to work extended hours if needed
