Role Overview
This job will include proactively collaborating with sales team, FNTS partners, customers, and internal FNTS teams in order to achieve or exceed annual gross profit goals. Sales Associate will partner with and educate customers on the various products, services, and channels provided by FNTS and actively seek opportunities to grow the relationship by recommending potential products and services
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Call potential customers to pitch Company's business services, set up appointments and generate qualified opportunities
Represent/introduce the Company to potential customers and generate definite interest, probe and collect intelligence
Source potential leads using lead databases and through online research including professional social networks
Build/update database of qualified leads based on the set business criteria
Lead nurturing: maintain relationship and revive interest with potential clients through periodic follow-ups
Document all phone/email/interaction activity in the Company's CRM tool
Account intelligence: research and fill out prescribed account intelligence forms to management reports



Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least 2 years call center experience
Must have Lead Generation, Collections, Telesales or any phone-based sales experience
Strong work ethic; discipline and perseverance will be tested in this role
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Candidates with familiarity with SalesForce.com preferred
