We are seeking an experienced and talented UX/UI Engineer passionate about design and technology. The UX/UI Engineer will join a growing team of UX professionals focused on delivering compelling, high-quality digital experiences to our customers and teammates. 

The UX/UI Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with teammates in UX, Technology, and Product to produce high-quality, interactive prototypes and production-ready user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The UX/UI Engineer's contribution will directly impact the success of our organization's digital transformation and play a critical role in providing our customers with seamless access to our products and services. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop interactive prototypes and production-ready code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  
  • Act as the technical liaison between the Technology team and UX team to ensure the faithful delivery and implementation of the desired user experience  
  • Ensure compliance and accessibility across many browsers and devices  
  • Help run experiments to test prototypes to improve the quality of the user experience iteratively  
  • Help establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and quality across multiple digital experiences  
  • Help develop best practices and serve as a subject matter expert and valued resource for our Technology teams 

Qualifications 

  • 4-6 years’ experience in front-end UI development experience with a focus on web applications and mobile apps 
  • Demonstrates a strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Engineering, Computer Science, or Design is preferred
