About the Role

We provide the leads to you! Must be able to make outbound calls and take inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and our client’s account procedures and managing priorities. 


Essential Skills:

  • Above average customer service skills
  • Must have some soft sales experience
  • Prior experience working with leads
  • Strong time management skills are a must
  • Friendly and energetic attitude
  • Strong Internet skills
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer screens/tabs
  • Quick learner who enjoys trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both as an individual and a team member


Desirable Skills:

  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office
  • At least 6 months call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of Facebook is a plus, but not required
  • Variety of shifts available, must be available at least 1 weekend shift
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
