We are currently looking for a UX Designer to join our growing Design Team. You’ll be joining other UX researchers, interaction and visual designers who collaborate closely with product and development teams to create intuitive and useful digital products.
The ideal candidate will have a broad set of UX Design experience, from understanding users and initial product concepts to high fidelity prototypes and validation. They will have an opportunity to work in all phases of the design process.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in Dovetail, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or other research/design tools
3+ Years of UX design and research experience working on mobile and web products
A good understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, usability testing, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
Ability to work with teammates to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet customer needs and vision
Capability in designing efficient and intuitive interfaces for a diverse range of user personas and use cases
Craft in storytelling to share research findings and design concepts
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership
Familiarity with Product Discovery, Product Management concepts, and agile frameworks preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Design, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research approaches that produce insights and inform the design direction
Experience with Design Thinking and Design Sprint workshops and sketching sessions
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal office environment with the use of computers and telephone systems; no unusual demands
