Job Duties
· Provides high-level administrative support to the Program Director and program faculty to perform complex and diverse duties, including communication, scheduling, and correspondence with applicants, students, faculty, and clinical preceptors.
· Attend meetings and prepare agendas and minutes as requested.
· Scheduling (25Live software) to include meetings, admissions interview rooms, ceremonies, etc.
· Assist in travel arrangements for program.
· Assist with admissions interview days and campus visits/tours.
· Independent management of projects and tasks that may require personal initiative, research, and critical thinking.
· Plan and coordinate program activities such as graduation, orientation, and white coat ceremonies; includes preparation of all distributed materials, coordinating catering, and any other requests from the Program Director and/or the administrative team.
· Manage highly confidential PA Program and student information.
· Serve as the first point of contact and liaison for communication with the program.
· Organize and prepare data and reports for accreditation processes, as well as regular program and student evaluation processes.
· Maintain office supplies (monthly and as needed), and program promotional/recruiting supplies.
· Assist in the maintenance and reporting of the university student management system (Slate).
Ongoing professional and skill development to broaden understanding of PA education to maximize contributions to the PA program and the School of Medicine.
