We are hiring a Senior Program Coordinator to join our General Counsel team. In this role, you will work independently to perform a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the department. Duties typically include grant planning and administration, budget management and control, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing, and reporting.

Submit invoices and MasterCard receipts for payment.
Prepare Royalty payments for distribution as per the IP Policy
Complete Sanction checks monthly.
Review the new hire roster weekly and schedule any new hires for the Billing Compliance course as required.
Open and maintain projects in the Inteum Database
Notarize legal documents as necessary
Associates Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
6 years administrative and/or office management experience;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
