Creighton’s School of Nursing is seeking to hire a full time Program Coordinator.

Job Summary

Works in collaboration with the Associate Dean, Faculty Chair, and in direct support of the Director of Student Affairs and Operations for the successful operation of the College of Nursing (CON) campus in Phoenix. Coordinate activities and functions for the campus and ensuring goals and objectives are accomplished. Corresponds with outside agencies for vendors, etc.

Support efforts to ensure development and success of students inside and outside of the classroom, including assistance with co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities, retention efforts, and general faculty support as needed.
Assist with recruiting events as needed and provide oversight of student scholarships for the Accelerated BSN program students in Phoenix.
Provide support as needed for accommodations and proctoring as called upon.
Provides support for campus activities such as Pinning, Blessing of Hands, Call to Nursing, and new student orientations.

Qualifications

6 years administrative and/or office management experience post degree, preferably in higher education
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
High level of Customer service focus both face-to-face and e-communications
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
Familiarity with learning management systems and database management
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community (to include face to face & e-communications)
Ability to recognize and analyze problems, generate solutions, and follow through to resolve issues and gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
Impeccable attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Ability to coordinate and prioritize work with multiple and conflicting demands in a deadline-oriented environment
