The Assistant Director advises six fraternities (30% of undergraduate men), the Freshman Leadership Program (a highly competitive living learning community for 60 students), Interfraternity Council (including NALFO organizations), the Culturally Based Fraternal Council, and Fraternity and Sorority Life Standards Board. This position oversees fraternity recruitment with over 550 student participants, and events (including nighttime events and meetings) and conducts evaluation of programs. This position oversees fraternity and sorority life (FSL) administration to include budget management, membership and databases (including CU Involved and ICS.), and risk management education. The position oversees the implementation of Gallup’s CliftonStrengths for Students (given to all first-year undergraduate students) which includes training, programming, and assessment of results. The position develops on-going leadership development programs and retreats for campus.
