Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
Creighton University, a Catholic and Jesuit institution, invites applications for a full-time (12 month) faculty position in our innovative Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program in Phoenix, Arizona. This position will be at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level, and will have a Tenure-Track appointment in the Department of Physical Therapy. Creighton seeks a quality educator who is passionate about advancing the profession of physical therapy through innovation, creativity, and a desire to contribute to the scientific evidence in rehabilitation science. Faculty are responsible for teaching in the DPT curriculum, fulfilling a scholarly agenda, and participating in professional and community-based service.
This program is part of Creighton’s new comprehensive Phoenix health science campus that includes academic disciplines in medicine, physician assistant, nursing, pharmacy, and occupational therapy. We are located centrally in midtown Phoenix. In addition to state-of-the-art facilities, the Phoenix campus is home to faculty with contemporary expertise and diverse research agendas, including highly competitive grant-based initiatives. We also collaborate closely with colleagues in our sibling Physical Therapy Department on our Omaha, Nebraska campus.
