Creighton University is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join the Human Resources team and support the compensation and classification policies and programs across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, analysis and maintenance of compensation, classification policies and programs. You will drive competitive and equitable compensation practices and policies, balance risk and align with our core compensation philosophy. The successful candidate will proactively identify equitable compensation needs for the University, on a current and forward-looking basis, and partner with faculty and staff leaders to address compensation and related matters.
