Description

In collaboration with the Associate Dean Phoenix for the successful operation of the College of Nursing (CON) campus in Phoenix. This includes but is not limited to coordinating activities and functions for the campus and ensuring goals and objectives are accomplished. Works with internal and external constituents and builds relationships for the benefit of the CON and its students. Maintains all Phoenix ANC student compliance records; interprets and administers College of Nursing (CON) contracts, and corresponds with student health, outside agencies, and students regarding compliance issues and questions.

Minimum education level:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum experience:

  • 6 years administrative and/or office management experience post degree, preferably in higher education
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
  • High level of Customer Service focus, both face to face and e-communications
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments;
  • Exquisite interprofessional skills;
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and database management;
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community (to include face to face & e-communications);
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and deal with difficult customers;
  • Ability to recognize and analyze problems, generate solutions, and follow through to resolve issues;
  • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports;
  • Impeccable attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information;
  • Ability to function effectively as a team member, while exercising independent and critical judgment;
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize work with multiple and conflicting demands in a deadline-oriented environment
