Creighton University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution, is accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month teaching-research tenure track position in the Department of Physical Therapy. We seek innovative individuals with a passion for educating future physical therapists who demonstrate strong potential to contribute to the discovery, dissemination, and implementation of scientific evidence. We welcome applicants with scholarly agendas including but not limited to: rehabilitation and movement science, health services research, student learning and assessment, and clinical reasoning.
Candidates must be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in Nebraska and possess an academic doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, DSc, or equivalent; ABD may be considered). A record of (or emerging potential for) generating grants and peer-reviewed publications is required. Department and University teaching and service expectations are dependent upon applicant experience and background. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
