Job Description

Serve an investigator and conduct officer for on and off-campus student cases involving behavioral misconduct. Serve as an investigator for Title IX/Discriminatory cases. Develop and implement programming opportunities for students that clearly communicate Creighton Universityâ??s values and expectations. Including\: Creating a week of events educating the community on the Code of Conduct; Mediationâ??including roommate conflicts and student organization issues; and Coordinate educational in-services for staff around student culture and behavior. Serve as a liaison to Department of Residence Life. Coordinating case distribution and following up with assigned conduct officers regarding the discipline process. Assist with semester reports, annual reports and record checks for various university departments and programs. Perform other duties as assigned, including serving on Division and University-wide committees.

Qualifications\:
Masterâ??s degree in student affairs or related field is required. Minimum of one year of experience in judicial affairs is preferred. Title IX Certified Investigator preferred. Must be committed to the Catholic, Jesuit mission of educating the whole person. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well with individuals from a diverse background.
