Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, preferably in Communications or Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related areas of study or the equivalent.
3-5 years of digital analytics, web, ecommerce, digital product or channel strategy experience.
3-5 years of experience in development and implementation of online communities or other web-based environments.
3-5 years of experience with all aspects of information technology activities including infrastructure operations and support (operating system, networking), database management and development, user application management and development, and user support.
Significant hands-on experience in all phases of the development lifecycle with public or commercial user-facing Internet systems and user-facing mobile applications.
Proficient skills with email marketing platforms for on-line community and web-content management (Encompass/iModules). Proficient in use of Drupal, Typo3 or other website development tools.
Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) and use of these platforms for marketing and fundraising.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; MS Power BI a plus.
Creative, team-oriented, and client-focused.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects within deadlines and with a minimum of supervision.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and others in implementing projects.

Expert knowledge of IT development and design tools, programming languages, and techniques.
In-depth knowledge of standards-compliant HTML/XHTML and CSS, XML, web publishing software, web design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator, and content management systems.
Knowledge of e-mail marketing tools and techniques and crowdfunding platforms.
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Knowledge of development/fundraising concepts.
Familiarity with fundraising database software such as Advance Web, Salesforce, or Raisers Edge.
