Under general supervision, follows standard procedures in laboratory testing, in evaluating various routine assays and in performing tasks related to stability studies, sterility testing, investigating product complaints, and evaluating new and existing products. Independently reads specifications and procedures. Requires knowledge of the processes involved in documenting experiments. Maintains laboratory notebook, testing records, or worksheets according to established laboratory and manufacturing procedures.Primary Duties:
- Provides technical lab support by performing complex laboratory and research related tasks.
- Acts as a specialist on laboratory methods and equipment functions
- Evaluates experiment results using statistical and multivariate analysis
- Assists in training laboratory personnel and graduate students; Assists in research techniques and laboratory equipment maintenance; Maintains up-to-date lab notebook with details on experimental methods.
Bachelor's degree in related field of Science required.
2-4 year's research lab experience
Experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques and chemistry lab orientation recommended.
Should exemplify re-productivity in assigned lab work.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
