Position Details:

The Technical Support Analyst II will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a team that supports CSGâ??s payment kiosk products and services. Candidate will join a collaborative DevOps team that supports all aspects of the kiosk to include troubleshooting kiosk issues, executing operational change deployments and new hardware installations.  The ideal candidate would also have experience in a professional software development environment utilizing Agile / SAFe development methodologies.

Skills/Responsibilities

  • 1-3 years of work experience in software industry or related fields
  • Customer Service, Help Desk, NOC or other client facing troubleshooting experience preferred; Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve customer issues
  • Experience with Windows OS and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast- paced, ever changing, team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and responsibilities regularly
  • Agile experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment and decision-making ability
  • Ability to handle all user interactions in a professional, courteous manner
  • Provides Level 2 Support to customers to resolve technical issues encountered by kiosk customers
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism; timely response and resolution of issues
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs
